Available Position: Line/ Prep Cooks

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. Our team works diligently to enhance the guest experience and exceed customer’s expectations at our club. The successful candidates will be someone who can thrive in a fast pace, fun and professional environment. The individual will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and other team members to learn, grow and look for opportunities to improve our operation.

Responsibilities and Duties

· The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

· Conduct day-to-day activities in the kitchen including preparing food orders for the restaurant

· Carry out opening and closing duties of the kitchen

· Assist in banquet serving for special events and weddings as required

· Assist in volume food preparation for special events

· Maintain a high level of professionalism

· Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, organized, prepped and well presented at all times

Employment Details

These are full time & part time positions. The successful candidate must be flexible with hours and willing to work evenings, weekends and stat holidays throughout the season. There will be limited year-round positions opportunities available.

Job Duties:

• Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station while practicing good safety and sanitation
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
