We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our customers. ```Duties:```
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines
- Cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the required presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent contamination or foodborne illnesses
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours

```Experience:```
- Previous experience working in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
