We are looking for strong Line Cooks and Back of House staff to assist our management team in their day to day responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who is punctual, responsible and can give it their all every shift.
Responsibilities:
- Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef/Sous Chef
- Follow recipes, portion control and presentation specifications
- Restock all items as needed throughout the shift
- Clean and maintain station
- Help with all aspects of food preparation
- Assist with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen
- Prepare a variety of foods: beef, pork, poultry, seafood, vegetable, pastas, sauces and garnishes
- Notify chef of inventory levels to avoid shortages
- Use food preparation tools in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions
- Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times
- Make sure all storage areas are clean and all products are identified and stored properly
- Consistent use of safe and hygienic food handling practices
- Other related duties as required and or assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience working in a kitchen
- Have passion about our industry
- Thrive on working in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Being on time everyday

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
