As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in our kitchen. - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions from the head chef
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
```Skills:```
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
