SalaryWe are currently seeking experienced line cooks for our busy restaurant. We offer dine in, takeout and delivery and can be a very fast-paced environment. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a pub atmosphere, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- prep and set up of workstations and equipment
- cook with various utensils and cooking equipment
- ensure that quality control and presentation standards are met
- maintain a clean/sanitized and orderly work environment in the restaurant
- ensure all food/other items are properly stored
- setting up and stocking stations with all supplies
- cooking food item in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- ensure food is cooked to the correct standards and is prepared efficiently
Job Requirements:
- some experience required
- experience with cutting tools and equipment
- basic knowledge of commercial cooking equipment and methods
- be able to work in a team environment
- communication skills
- punctuality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 44 per week
