Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform basic consulting functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing.
- Perform measurements to support project objectives; conduct activities in support of project objectives; and work closely with each other and with our partners.
- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contribute to the implementation of strategic planning
- Apply analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs
- Analyze existing practices of clients and make recommendations for improvements
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the sales and marketing managers
- Effectively communicate, influence, and adapt to all types of customers, clients, and team members
- Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment
- Shadow senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict management abilities
- Lead and motivate the customer service and sales team to consistently provide World-Class Service
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities and, recommend solutions to enable the achievement of organizational goals.
- Builds exceptional relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders.
- Analyzes data and creates documents and plans in service of informing, advising, or updating stakeholders
- Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
Qualification
- University Degree with Business Management Major.
- Possesses analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrates applied knowledge of one or more analysis and problem decomposition technique.
- Demonstrates writing and documentation skills.
- Understands and can explain to others the core processes involved in their area of support.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education.
- Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth.
- Influence skills - In-depth.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel to different locations may be required.
