The Manager, Budgets & Financial Planning shall be responsible for the effective and efficient performance of the Centre's Financial Planning and budgeting function by ensuring effective Financial Planning strategies and methodologies are in place that support service delivery within the organization. The Manager, Budgets & Financial Planning will coordinate the organization of the Financial Planning, budgeting and forecasting activities of the Centre with budgets in excess of $700 million. Utilizing advanced technology systems, sound program and service costing techniques and Financial modeling applications to ensure the most efficient use of the Centre's fiscal resources in support of financial goals and objectives. Working collaboratively within a team environment, including 3 (or more) direct reports, the Manager, Budgets & Financial Planning reports directly to the Coordinator, Financial Services.
Qualifications:
This is a Professional Employees Group (PEG) position classified on the Education Entities Non-Union Compensation Framework at Band 11 with an annual range between $90,102 to $112,627.
