Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, the Manager, Total Compensation will advance the University's people strategy by overseeing the University's a Total Compensation program, including but not limited to, salary, benefits, pensions and other ancillary benefits. The Manager will provide advice and support in the areas of compensation and benefits to both employees and University management. The Manager provides guidance and direction regarding the interpretation, administration and implementation of policies and procedures, Collective Agreements, the non-union employee policies, and the Labour Standards Code as they relate to the University's benefit and pension plans.
