We are committed to validating the DBDLI as a province-wide learning institute.
We believe in healthy workspaces!
We create safe spaces for ourselves and our communities where everyone can be heard, can contribute, and can feed their souls. We give ourselves space to work on our strengths and grow, and room for others to do the same. We are a voice for Nova Scotian Black and African
Communities. We cherish our work, because we get to support Nova Scotia Black and African
Communities and effect positive change while working with our close-knit team!
We believe in the best out of life!
Pay is competitive and increases are regular because we all have lives to pay for. We have a full benefits package because your and your family’s health is important to us. We offer significant vacation paid time-off as well as paid personal days off because we understand you can never have enough time with the people in your lives who matter.
