We are looking for a talented individual to help build our Market and Competitive Intelligence team, which is a part of the Strategic Marketing group. This new role will help build the foundation to inform and empower the business with critical external intelligence. The role will analyze and make data useful for our business and impact the current and future strategy of the business. Ultimately, this role will help make our business more successful and contribute and align with the Veolia purpose of Ecological Transformation.

Role Responsibilities:
-Monitor market reports, provide analysis and make recommendations. Also, develop/recreate tools/analysis/reports in Tableau and Google environment for the broader team to access the learnings from our intelligence and data.
-Monitor competitors, gather information and provide competitor analysis.
-Contribute to maintain/build the Market and Competitive Intelligence Portal, keeping sales reference documents updated and creating new materials to support the sales, commercial and business leadership teams
-Support new markets and technology with information capture.
-Work with the Regional teams to understand key competitors, install base information, current commercial opportunities, successes, and failures in various regions.
-Develop Competitive Intel metrics focused on market share and track changes towards our product line business, market by market.

Education & Experience Required:
-Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of marketing and business analytics experience
-Quarterly travel may be required
-Hybrid work in Oakville, ON
-Experience in Microsoft and Google office applications, analytic software Tableau, familiarity with Google Looker Studio
-Experience with Market and Competitive Intelligence software like IXXO, Digimind, etc.
-Experience creating Market and Competitive Intelligence survey or output report
