Job Description:

As a Marketing and Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts while ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the company. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing acumen, technological proficiency, social media expertise, and exceptional multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our office furniture products and services.
  • Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create compelling content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications to ensure team members are informed of marketing initiatives, updates, and deadlines.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, updating customer records and tracking interactions.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of marketing materials, office supplies, and promotional items.
  • Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Order materials and supplies necessary for marketing campaigns, events, and projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events, including booth setup, logistics coordination, and follow-up activities.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for marketing team members attending events or meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively interact with clients and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of project coordination, scheduling, and procurement processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt.

With these additional responsibilities, the Marketing and Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in overseeing project coordination, scheduling, and procurement activities, contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives and Administrative operations within the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
