Duties
- Assist the supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Interview and train new employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Prefered Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant role preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain order in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a team effectively, providing guidance and support as needed
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for communicating with diverse customers
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and complaints
