We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the role of Assistant Supervisor in our Assembly Department. If you have a strong command of mathematics, excellent organizational abilities, and a knack for leadership, we want you on our team!

Position: Assistant Supervisor – Assembly
Shift: Day Shift – 7am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Rate: $19-$21 per hour
Benefits: Available after 6 months of employment

Job Responsibilities:
1. Direct workflow for the department based on priority.
2. Communicate with different departments to ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
3. Plan and organize material build kits for the assembly team.
4. Manage stock levels of sub-assemblies.
5. Monitor production levels of assembly team members in the department.
6. Train new employees.
7. Keep the team updated on new products and procedures.
8. Oversee the quality and accuracy of finished goods.
9. Coordinate the delivery and scheduling of finished goods.

Requirements:
1. Strong mathematical skills.
2. Ability to interpret drawing specifications.
3. Proficient in measuring component and part sizes accurately.
4. Skilled in operating hand tools and assembling products.
5. Good organizational skills and self-discipline.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Capable of assigning and overseeing tasks within the assembly team.
8. Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
9. Adaptability to task and assignment priority changes.
10. Strong focus on product quality.
11. Keen attention to detail.
12. Punctuality and flexibility regarding schedule changes.
13. Good problem-solving skills.

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
