Reception And Marketing Assistant

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Tuesday through Thursday
• Day shift
• Assist with various marketing events after hours, three times per year.

Experience:

• Client interactions: 1 year (preferred)
• Marketing/Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails.
• Support the Marketing Department with various marketing initiatives which will include calling prospective clients, booking appointments and following up, while building and maintaining positive relationships.

Salary: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
