The Marketing Coordinator will oversee executing the brand strategy across all owned channels, including content creation and community management. In the role, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development of strategies to engage target audiences and stakeholders through digital marketing and media relations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across all owned channels.
- Responsible for day-to-day community management on all social media channels.
- Managing, developing, and executing content development and monthly content calendar.
- Maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand image across all platforms, including development of graphic design assets.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of initiatives, proactively making recommendations to update strategies and tactics based on key learnings.
- Provide writing and editing support.
- Tracking and reporting on media coverage.
- Assisting with media relations efforts and pitching.
- Identify and build relationships with media, partners, and industry leaders to support media relations activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the development of integrated communications strategies, campaigns, and events.
What you bring:
- College or university degree or equivalent in public relations, marketing, communications, commerce, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role.
- Having experience working with media is considered an asset.
- The ability to learn and grow.
- A strong work ethic and self-starter.
- Naturally organized and able to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in teams with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Results-oriented, adaptive, flexible, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both internal and external partners in a professional manner.

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
