```Duties```

- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote our products and services

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends

- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels

- Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos

- Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses for marketing campaigns

- Communicate with guests and owners to provide a exceptional experience for both parties

```Experience```

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Proven experience in marketing communications or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools

- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks

- Familiarity with HTML5 coding for email marketing campaigns is a plus

- Experience with E-commerce platforms and product management is preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $53,370.00-$56,403.00 per year
