We Know Training is looking for an all-star Marketing Manager to manage marketing operations for multiple brands.
This hybrid role will be based in our downtown Toronto office, and you’ll spend three days a week in-office with our fun, collaborative team.
Your Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in email marketing, social media marketing, content creation & marketing operations.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including strategy development, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
- Manage Event Marketing
- Create compelling content for online and offline channels, including websites, blogs, social media, whitepapers, lead magnets and print.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize email and social media marketing efforts to generate revenue.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing operations as per latest trends.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Marketing & Communications.
- Excellent content writing skills with native level fluency in written & spoken English.
- Strong understanding of Content Marketing Principles & lead generation.
- Proficiency in Email Marketing workflows, drip campaigns & tools such as Drip.
- Proficiency with Social Media Marketing & using tools such as Sprout Social.
- Experience using Generative AI tools to develop marketing content at scale.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to create & edit email marketing templates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies & adapt to urgent priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, content, communications, or relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate marketing team or agency.
Nice to Haves
- Ability to write SEO friendly content

- Experience with CRM systems
