Marketing Manager

We are DIAN Motors Inc., a Canadian & US distributor of electric powersports and bicycles based in Ottawa, ON. We are currently expanding our team to better serve our communities. We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for bicycles and cycling to lead our marketing team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

• Manage all marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising campaigns.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies to drive sales.

• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, ads, and website content.

• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in marketing, preferably in the cycling or outdoor industry.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email, and online advertising.

• Knowledge of the cycling industry and cycling trends.

• Experience with marketing analytics tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
