Job Summary
Reporting into a Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate is proactive and self-motivated, and
able to identify opportunities for improvement across all marketing activities including website
development, webinars, conferences, collateral, email marketing and direct marketing. This role
will work closely with either our B2B or B2C portfolio team in defining and executing an
exceptional marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Responsible for spear-heading the growth of our segment strategy through the
implementation of an exceptional marketing strategy and development plan
This role will liaise with cross-functional team members to ensure the seamless planning
and execution of marketing campaigns and projects
Responsible for the analysis of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for
improvement and recommendations
Conferences and events: Research, plan and attend conferences with the business team
A brand steward, who can lead the creation of brand assets, provide quality assurance,
and oversee deliverables are created consistent with our brand visual style and voice
Collaborate closely with the creative, digital and communication teams to launch
campaigns by ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives, and identifying areas
of opportunity including improvement in messaging, delivery or consolidation
Assist in the coordination of gathering data for reporting and analysis & responsible for
distilling all information in a digestible manner to inform marketing decisions and
strategies
Pro-active in identifying opportunities based on research of internal & external data
(including competitive) to inform marketing decisions and strategies that will support
department and company goals & objectives
Collaborating with other departments, such as clinical, admissions, business
development and alumni, to identify areas of improvement in our content for facilities,
programs and nationwide efforts

Work Experience Requirements
- Experience in a marketing role (minimum 4 years)
- Strong communicator who is not afraid to work closely with senior leaders
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of large audiences ( i.e.
hosting a panel discussion or webinar)
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify new ways of working and organizing
information across all aspects of marketing
- Excellent project management skills: ability to prioritize multiple projects at once,
including recognizing when reprioritization is required with little support
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Background in either healthcare marketing or public service marketing considered an
asset
- Experience hosting and/or running Webinars is an asset
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, English)
