- Design for Manufacturing Excellence: Play a pivotal role in revolutionizing loudspeaker manufacturing. Enhance product designs and develop advanced manufacturing processes that set new benchmarks in the industry.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Apply your expertise in methodologies like Kaizen and 5S to constantly refine our manufacturing processes. Your efforts will not only improve efficiency but also contribute to the evolution of manufacturing standards.
- Vendor Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Work closely with vendors to ensure the highest quality of materials and components. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of our loudspeakers.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Engage with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to synchronize efforts and enhance overall operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improve existing mechanical designs for optimal manufacturing performance.
- Implement and manage quality control standards.
- Collaborate with vendors for quality assurance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
- Maintain accurate process and design documentation.
- Work closely with various teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL NEED
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred), CNC Toolpath software (CAMWorks preferred)
- Experience with ERP software (Odoo preferred).
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and ISO standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation skills.

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- The ability to travel without restriction.
