Medi Spa Receptionist (Part-Time)

OVO Medi Spa is a boutique Medi Spa located in Point Grey Vancouver. We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant with a passion for the aesthetics industry. Responsibilities include delivering a luxurious guest experience, scheduling, billing, marketing and sales. Earn bonus commission, discounts on skincare products and aesthetics treatments. Must be available for part-time shifts, min. 4 Hrs.

Position Activities and Responsibilities:

-present a cheerful and warm persona to our guests and team members

-have a keen interest in the beauty industry

-be confident to speak to others in person and on the phone

-schedule and confirm appointments

-calculate billing charges and send invoices

-learn how to use Square POS system

-comfortable with making social media reels

-adheres to highest standard of cleanliness neatness, and visual presentation

-be willing to be educated on professional grade skincare lines

-be able to be familiarize with company's services

-be proficient in computer skills and capable of learning new technology and Apps

-be able to post and engage on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Wechat

-completes daily checklist of cleaning and tidying obligations and abides by reguations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety

-only qualified applicants will be contacted

-cosmetics/aesthetics beauty experience is an asset

-experience with a scheduling system, mailchimp, Canva, Capcut, and WeChat is an asset

-bilingual English and Mandarin is an asset

Schedule:

• Day shift Tue-Fri 10AM - 2 PM (flexible schedule)

OR

• Tue 10AM- 2PM, Wed 10AM- 6 PM, Sat 10AM - 4PM

Education:

• Secondary School (required)

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
