Spa Receptionist

theWell Medispa and Skin Laser Clinic is looking for Spa Receptionists to join our team.

We are looking for experienced candidates for Spa Receptionistswho would like to join our team at theWell Medispa and Skin Laser Clinic

In this role, you will:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
• Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory of office supplies
• Provide coordination support by organizing documents, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members
• Assist with various receptionist duties
• Scheduling appointments, coordinating the schedule, managing staff, and ensuring that the clinic is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Supervise and lead a team of heart health professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Help with company marketing in community, social network, and other types of media.
• Product sales (commission based)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
• Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in various marketing field in an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
