```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
- Maintain electronic medical records and update patient information as necessary
- Handle insurance verification and billing processes
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls and directing visitors
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting (preferred)
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems (EMR/PACS) such as Velox, SIMMS, Intelirad, or similar software (preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with office equipment, including phone systems and computer software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
