The Mental Health & Addictions Clinician will work as part of the service delivery team in our Integrated Youth Services Hub; a highly collaborative partnership between agencies and organizations. The Youth Hub is intended to be a one-stop shop to quickly connect youth with the right services, in the right place and time, emphasizing developing a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach and focusing on early interventions.
This role will be the primary staff person responsible for providing individual, group, and family clinical interventions and educational sessions for youth in the Integrated Youth Hub. This position will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create and implement services to youth and families from age 12-25.
This position MUST be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
