We are currently recruiting for a client in Coquitlam for an Office & Accounting Administrator to join their team! This is a Full-Time Permanent role.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of office administrator or relevant experience
- Proficient in accounting tasks: billing/invoicing is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency with ERP systems and/or TruckMate would be a strong asset
- Strong communication skills: written & verbal
- Answering all incoming calls & inquiries from clients
- Administrative support as required
- Oversee all billing
- Full-Time & Permanent role
- Live local, work local - in Coquitlam!
- $55K salary
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible start times! 6:30-7:30am start
