Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and administration? We’re looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team! As an Office Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Position:Office Administrative Assistant

Location: Calgary, AB

Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Flexible

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our real estate and property management team
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and partners
  • Maintain office organization and cleanliness
  • Support the office team with various administrative tasks as assigned
  • Support social media presence and marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Office Administrative assistance, data entry, or similar role preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and email clients
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
