RESPONSABILITIES:
- Be able to work independently and with others
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Maintain and update office files, both physical and digital, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail in handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Proficient in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment operation
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize a constantly changing "To Do List"
- Prior client service experience. Knowledge of the financial services industry will be considered a definite asset.
