Overview:
We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks and computer technologies.
Education:
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
Responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff and supervise a team of 5-10 people.
- Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in computer and technology knowledge.
- Experience with QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
