Your Role as our Office Administrator
- Administrative Support: Managing and responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication with both internal and external clients. Performing general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents.
- Financial Admin: Accounts Payable administration and organizing records of vendors, receipts, invoices, and account statements.
- Human Resources: Assisting in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of staff, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
- Operational Support: Providing support to management with tasks such as preparing reports, conducting research, and managing special projects. Handling various ad-hoc assignments that contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.

- Attention to Detail: Even the smallest of tasks are important, so meticulous attention to detail is crucial to ensuring our processes are impeccable.
- Tech-savvy: Everything in today’s world involves technology and our business is no different. Proficiency in common office software is required, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs is essential.
- Adaptability: As a small & growing company, we face numerous challenges on a regular basis. It is important that we can adapt to ever-changing priorities and goals.
- Experience: Knowledge of clerical procedures, record keeping, accounting, and general administrative experience would be preferred, but we welcome eager learners who can demonstrate their ability to perform this role.
