Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our ride-on car products and their features. Be able to confidently demonstrate how they work to customers.
2. Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Provide personalized assistance, answer inquiries, and offer product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
3. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting on social media and selling our ride-on cars in-store and online marketplaces. Upsell additional accessories or related products to enhance the customer's experience.
4. Store Presentation: Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and neatly presented.
5. Product Demonstrations: Conduct interactive and engaging ride-on car demonstrations for customers, showcasing the exciting features and benefits.
6. Order Processing: Process sales transactions accurately through our point-of-sale system. Handle payments and issue receipts promptly.
7. Customer Support: Assist customers with post-sale inquiries, warranty claims, and product troubleshooting.
8. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

1. Sales Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an advantage, especially with a focus on toys or children's products.
2. Passion for Toys: Genuine interest in children's toys, particularly ride-on cars, and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to customers.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
4. Result-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach.
5. Team Player: Works well in a collaborative team environment, assisting colleagues and supporting the overall success of the store.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate peak business periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in a second language (e.g., French, Mandarin, etc.) is advantageous.
2. Product Demonstration Skills: Experience in showcasing products to customers in an engaging and entertaining manner.

3. Experience with Office Software: Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Quickbooks Online, WPS, Microsoft 365 (Office), or other productivity software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
