Supervisor: Shega Berisha, Librarian, Manager of Operations
Job Description: Duties will include assisting the Executive Director and Manager of Operations with respect to time management and organization, providing clerical support services, acting as secretary to and providing all support services for committees of The Hamilton Law Association, maintaining communications for the organization, general office and reception, assisting clients in law library, handling cash, filing, assisting with events, and performing other duties as required.
Qualifications: Must be a flexible team player, personable, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with good telephone and writing skills, with an administration diploma or equivalent.
Library experience not required; will provide training.
