Objectives:
This person will be fully engaged and work directly with our Management team helping us continue to grow our Canadian Portable Restroom Manufacturing business.
This position is to fill a 12-month Maternity leave. This individual will be organized and computer knowledgeable in Excel, Business Central ERP systems and Office 365 applications while demonstrating good communication skills working in a team environment.
Leading by example, providing assistance where necessary, and developing a positive, enthusiastic spirit within the Administrative Department.
Responsibilities:
The Administrator is responsible to the Executive Management Team.
- Assist with Purchasing activities including Procurement and Logistics for the business.
- Input daily activities and results from our Production Department
- Maintains records of goods ordered and received.
- Coordinates with fellow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
- Works with our Production and Sales teams to assist with any daily duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
