Job Description
HERE'S SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Play a key role in production support for Oracle PBCS and OneStream systems including, but not limited to investigating, researching, and resolving system issues, addressing application functionality questions involving understanding of financial concepts and processes.
- Oversee and perform system maintenance tasks to ensure timely and accurate updates including metadata, mapping tables, artifacts, reports, calculation scripts, security, data loads and data validation between the various financial applications.
- Manage and execute system procedures to support financial close and budgeting/forecasting processes while ensuring quality of execution and data integrity.
- Work regularly with users to identify and diagnose issues, recommending next steps, or ensuring issue is escalated to the correct team member.
