We’re looking for someone responsible for Operations & Administration who will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization to foster operational excellence and client success. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our initiatives. This role works closely with People & Operations and Impact & Engagement to ensure our systems are running smoothly.

Job Posting: Operations & Administration
Location: Remote in Canada, Alberta or British Columbia preferred
Type: Contractor
Work Frequency: Part time (30-50 hours per month expected)
Rate: $25-40/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency:
- Administer and document various operational processes and make suggestions to ensure efficiency.
- Manage file organization in Google Drive for streamlined document access and collaboration.
- Maintain and update data in HubSpot for accurate client and team records.
- Generate and analyze reports in both HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and Google Sheets to inform decision-making.
- Support event coordination and execution through effective administrative processes.
Client and Team Support:
- Facilitate seamless client & Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) onboarding processes.
- Create and manage EIR and client contracts.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including kickoffs, retrospectives, and other essential sessions.
- Update content for EIR tools and guides.
- Add EIR bios, Client logos and events to the website.
Financial Coordination:
- Support financial aspects, including EIR compensation, budget validation, and invoice processing.
- Contribute to forecasting by integrating EIR compensation plans.
Other projects and responsibilities as needed.
Skills, Experiences and Qualities:
- Proven experience in providing comprehensive administrative support.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Google office tools and platforms for efficient communication and documentation. (Transition from Microsoft could be accommodated.)
- Experience in maintaining HubSpot data and generating reports is a bonus.
- Experience in pulling analytics data and generating reports from Google, LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite is also a bonus.
- Comfortable acknowledging what you don’t know, asking questions and doing the research to learn and develop skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to decolonization, diversity, equity, inclusion and environmental sustainability.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
- Interest in the social impact sector.
