Operations Manager

Richwil Truck Centre Ltd. is seeking a highly-motivated individual with leadership qualities, a strong work ethic and experience within the heavy-duty truck industry to join and lead our Fredericton's team as the Operations Manager.

You'll be responsible for managing/leading our Fredericton branch by maintaining a good relationship with customers and employees under any circumstances, conducting huddles with both Service and Parts departments, and ensuring all departments are running smoothly and efficiently while keeping a safe and clean working environment both inside and outside the dealership's building.

• Ability to manage/lead a team of 20-25 individuals
• Able to understand/follow the guidelines set by the OEM we represent
• Minimum of 5-years experience within the heavy-duty truck industry
• Superior problem-solving skills to achieve a win-win solution
• Capable to work under pressure
