Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
- Dispatch employees to job sites accordingly
- Provide estimates for customers

- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team
Skills Required
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field
- 3-5 years in the Pool Industry
- Heavy equipment operation is an asset.

Miramichi Pool is looking for a new Operations Manager to oversee all daily operations within the business and day to day. The job will consist of managing a team of 8-10 employees, dispatching them to different job sites daily, time management to provide efficient service to customers. We are looking for someone excited to help us grow this business! Training is available.

Salary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
