We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager for our construction-based client in the Moncton area. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive team in an organization that values working toward a shared goal.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all financial targets and budgets
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Manage a team of 20-30 (coach, guide, mentor, performance manage)
- Oversee projects from start to finish (estimates, recruiting, scheduling, planning, inspecting, etc.)
- Create and maintain client relationships which includes attending networking events
- Contribute to office growth and business efficiencies
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Commercial construction or industrial industry experience
- Proven track record as a successful manager
- Experience in planning, monitoring and controlling budgets
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
