Experience
If you possess great interpersonal skills and if you like working in the "People business", we will train you on the following:
- Greeting patients
- Using efficiently an EMR (Electonic Medical Record) system, booking appointments and handling patients file
- Using the latest equipment technology in the eye health industry
- Assisting and educating patients throughout the process of frame selection. Strong emphasis is placed on the importance of both style and function; optimum fit and vision for every patient is our mission
- Ensuring the accurate measurement of lenses and frames to provide the best final product and patient experience with their glasses
- Ensuring our excellent level of quality is maintained in each pair of eyewear dispensed through thorough expert verification and adjustments
- Proper care and handling of contact lenses; ordering and selling contact lenses
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong language & communication skills: spelling, grammar, and ability to communicate and converse with patients and team members
- Ability to generate ideas and work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who shows excellent initiative and follow through
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and think critically is imperative
