The ideal candidate must:
- have sales or retail experience (preferred)
- be passionate about working with people and making sure they have the best customer experience possible
- be organized, independent, detail oriented and reliable
- be enthusiastic, confident, friendly and outgoing
- be excited to work in a fast paced and team based environment
- be enthusiastic to learn and have the motivation to continually improve oneself
- be able to think on your feet, take initiative and prioritize tasks

GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW
- Explore the needs of patients to help find the best eyewear option for them and their lifestyle
- Educate patients on the different options available to them, as well as proper eyewear use
- Assist patients with frame selection, styling, fitting, lens selection and measurements
- Present and celebrate new pickups; adjust, troubleshoot and repair eyewear
- Assist with answering phones, taking patients and booking appointments when necessary

EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with operations in a medical office setting is a plus
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $22.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 39 per week
