Receptionist duties and responsibilities:
· Scheduling appointments for patients
· Processing insurance claims and invoices
· Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
· pre-testing patients (training of equipment will be provided)
· Frame selection
· Minor glasses adjustments/repairs
Qualifications:
· Verbal and written communication skills
· A quick learner who takes initiative to complete tasks independently.
· Must be detail oriented, computer literate, and keep accurate records to produce information quickly.
· Be attentive and personable with patients.
· Keep a positive and cheerful attitude at all times with patients and other team members.
Tuesdays 10-7
Thursday 10-7
Saturday 9-2 (long weekends off)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 18 per week
