```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. Your role will involve assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
```Responsibilities```
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in acute care settings is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is required
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- CPR certification
