We are looking for a motivated Paid Media Specialist who is comfortable and experienced with a variety of digital channels and is ready to hit the ground running. Job Duties And Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will report to the Director of Paid Media and be responsible for a range of key tasks. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can take ownership of various paid campaigns across different industry verticals. From executing campaigns that drive online sales to effectively communicating insights to both internal and external stakeholders, you will be the go-to expert in Paid Media channels. Your experience in executing cross-functional digital marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities within paid channels, and proficiency in analytic and reporting tools will be essential to your success in this role.

Experience And Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, agency setting preferred
- Proficient in creating and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms:
- Primary platforms: Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Secondary platforms: Bing, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and other channels with a focus on direct response
- Ability to set up conversion tracking across ad platforms using Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with setting up GA4 and Search Console
- Skilled in analyzing the performance of paid campaigns, reporting on results, and rapidly iterating on findings
- Capable of identifying key opportunities for growth and cost reduction, as well as potential obstacles to achieving great performance
- Proficient in optimizing paid campaign performance through continuous A/B testing, competitor analysis, keyword research, creative optimizations, and trend insights to achieve KPI targets and maximize investment effectiveness
- Research-oriented with the ability to understand the industry and buyer personas to guide the creation of compelling and original ads, with the support of the Creative team
- Proactive in identifying and testing new and emerging ad products and platforms to expand reach and increase efficiencies
- Responsible for creating and maintaining paid search, display, and paid social campaigns with a focus on increasing ROI for clients and helping them meet their goals
