Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Welcome and register all patients, ensuring a positive and efficient check-in experience.
- Must maintain the highest level of professional confidentiality with regards to patient information and/or results.
- Document patient information.
- Notify the appropriate clinician of the patient’s arrival.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the correct recipient when necessary.
- Handle all incoming reports and document appropriately.
- Photocopy, fax, email, paper mail.
- Order and maintain adequate office inventory.
- Consistent communication with the Clinical Team.
- Schedule all follow-up appointments.
- Ensure the office is tidy.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Clinical Director

- Knowledge of office routines, schedules, and protocol. Grade 12 graduate.
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology is considered an asset
Work Hours are Wednesday - Friday - 4pm - 8:pm & Saturday - 9am - 5pm.
Evening & weekend hours may increase in the future.
Job Type: Part-time
