Parts Coordinator
H. Broer Equipment Sales & Service Inc. (HBI) is looking for a Parts Coordinator to oversee the selling and managing of a wide variety of parts from dealerships we hold including: Cummins, Deutz, Hatz, Rail King, Briggs & Stratton, and more. We provide sales, service, parts and rentals to customers locally and nationally.

Applicants must have experience and an interest in parts equipment while eager to learn new tech- nology in this industry. This team player will be computer literate with Microsoft Office skills, strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently problem solve and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- sell parts to customers through walk-in ordering, telephone, email and internally to the HBI service department.
- assist with ordering and receiving of parts
- complete required research when necessary
- communicate with customers on parts, in person, on the phone and over email
- provide quotes to customers
- assist with inventory counts
- work with customers and proactively assist in solving problems

Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- competent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
