Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all automotive parts.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and excesses, optimizing inventory turnover.
- Implement efficient inventory control measures to reduce losses and increase profitability.
- Supplier Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with automotive parts suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to ensure competitive and cost-effective procurement.
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers to diversify and enhance the parts supply chain.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of parts department staff, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance

- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on new products and industry trends.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
