We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the automotive parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management, exceptional customer service, and effective team leadership. The Automotive Parts Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal stock levels, sourcing quality parts, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all automotive parts.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and excesses, optimizing inventory turnover.
  • Implement efficient inventory control measures to reduce losses and increase profitability.
  • Supplier Relations:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with automotive parts suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to ensure competitive and cost-effective procurement.
  • Evaluate and qualify new suppliers to diversify and enhance the parts supply chain.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and motivate a team of parts department staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance
  • team productivity.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on new products and industry trends.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the service and sales departments to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure the authenticity and functionality of automotive parts.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records and parts cataloging.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for the parts department, tracking expenses and revenue.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive parts management, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
