Job Description:
The Parts Manager is responsible for the inventory, maintenance and repair of all parts for the day to day operations of the dealership. This position will work closely with the Fixed Operations Manager and Sales Manager to ensure that all parts are in stock, ready for delivery / use and that parts are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory all parts and accessories.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage the delivery of parts to customers and in house work orders / vehicles
- Manage the delivery of parts to various regional, ON facilities.
- Manage the purchase of parts and materials needed for day to day maintenance and repairs.
- Work closely with Fixed Operations and Sales Manager to ensure that all sales orders / deliveries / accessories are fulfilled on time.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Related work experience; Must be able to read, write and speak English; Must have a valid driver’s license; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; Must have excellent communication skills; Must be able to work independently; Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers; Ability to work overtime as required (up to an extra hour per shift); Ability to learn new processes quickly; Ability to multitask effectively; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. CDK and PARTS MANAGERial experience an asset.

Salary: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
