Payroll & Benefits Manager

Benefits & Perks:

• Compensation: Upto 105k + 5% Bonus
• Hybrid: 2 days in the office (1 of them must be a Wednesday)
• Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm

• Summer Hours during the Summer (Every Friday's Half Day)

Responsibilities:

• Independent role
• Processing payroll for upto 200 employees (includes Salary and Hourly wages) and completing payroll for Ontario and Quebec
• Bi-weekly payroll
• Maintain ADP workforce now database on a timely basis including new employees set up and updating all employee changes
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Payroll & Benefits providers, vendors
• Process payroll year end, annual reconciliation and T4's, run ROE's, T2200s, EHT filing, WSIB filings, responds to employee and management queries regarding payroll related matters
• Liaise with CRA to resolve Canadian payroll tax issues and audits

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/ HR is a asset
• Must have at least 5 years of full cycle Payroll and benefits administration experience
• Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas and Vlookups) and ADP WorkForce Now
• Multiprovincial payroll is an Asset
• Enrolled or Completed CPP or CPM or PCP
