- Processing payroll for upto 200 employees (includes Salary and Hourly wages) and completing payroll for Ontario and Quebec
- Bi-weekly payroll
- Maintain ADP workforce now database on a timely basis including new employees set up and updating all employee changes
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Payroll & Benefits providers, vendors
- Process payroll year end, annual reconciliation and T4's, run ROE's, T2200s, EHT filing, WSIB filings, responds to employee and management queries regarding payroll related matters
- Liaise with CRA to resolve Canadian payroll tax issues and audits
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/ HR is a asset
- Must have at least 5 years of full cycle Payroll and benefits administration experience
- Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas and Vlookups) and ADP WorkForce Now
- Multiprovincial payroll is an Asset
- Enrolled or Completed CPP or CPM or PCP
