```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the entire payroll process for the organization
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
- Review and analyze payroll data to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and laws
```Skills```
- Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll software
- Strong analytical skills to review and analyze payroll data
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as PeopleSoft, for financial data integration
- Understanding of payroll processes and best practices
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with HR department and management
