Pharmacy Assistant - Compliance Packaging

We are an independent community pharmacy located next to a medical clinic.

We are looking for an energetic, reliable PHARMACY ASSISTANT to join our team. Must have great customer service skills, be able to work with or without supervision and be able to maintain a neat and tidy work environment.

Compensation will be based on experience and skill set.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiating, billing, processing and preparation of cold press (no machine) blister packs for patients

Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling,

Data entry of patient care information into Kroll,

Third Party adjudication.

Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy.

General clerical and tidiness duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant

excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.

strong communication skills.

Experince with Compliance Packaging

proficient computer/data/entry skills with Kroll and Microsoft Office.

WORK HOURS:

Flexible schedule – Mostly day Shifts. Weekends and Holidays Off

This will be a regular part-time position.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
