This is a Wash Plant Operator Position (work outdoors)
Minimum Requirements
- Experience monitoring industrial plant equipment
- Mechanical Inclination
- Heavy Equipment Operation
- Wash Plant Experience an Asset

Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring all equipment in the wash plant to ensure it is working efficiently and making a note of any maintenance needs as required
- Making daily adjustments to the plant as needed
- Perform Routine Daily Maintenance (ie belts, flashing, screens, lubricating)
- Adjusting the feed rate of the plant and monitoring quality
- Working with Lafarge personnel to ensure quality specifications are being met
- Ensuring that the plant and personnel meet all Company, Customer and Ministry regulations and guidelines
- Communicating on an on-going basis with the Site Foreman about the status of the plant and keeping them informed of any changes that could impact production output, plant maintenance, safety or quality.

Salary: $22.00-$24.47 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
